Warm the milk until lukewarm.
Add yeast and sugar to the milk and mix, then let it rest for 5 minutes.
In a bowl, combine bread flour, salt, and melted butter.
Pour in the milk mixture and knead the dough.
Let the dough rise for the first fermentation for 1 hour.
Divide the dough and shape into round balls.
Place the shaped dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Let it rise for a second fermentation for 30 minutes.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes.
