Cut onion, pork, potato, and zucchini into bite-sized pieces.
Heat cooking oil in a pan and stir-fry the pork.
When the pork is cooked, add onion, potato, and zucchini, and stir-fry together.
Push the ingredients to the side and sauté the black bean paste (chunjang) in oil for fragrance.
Mix the sautéed black bean paste with the other ingredients.
Add water, potato, and onion, and bring to a boil.
Season with sugar and soy sauce.
Add starch water to thicken the sauce.
Pour the sauce over boiled noodles.
