Wash the sweet pumpkin thoroughly, remove the skin and seeds, then boil it.
Mash the boiled sweet pumpkin and let it cool.
In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast well.
Add the mashed sweet pumpkin, milk, eggs, and butter, then knead the dough.
Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it rise for the first fermentation (about 1 hour).
Divide the dough into desired portions and shape.
Place the shaped dough on a baking pan for the second fermentation (20–30 minutes).
Bake in a 180°C oven for 25–30 minutes.
