Boil the potatoes for about 15 minutes, let them cool slightly, then mash them (it's okay if there are some chunks).
Preheat a pot, add about one spoonful of olive oil over medium heat, and sauté the onions until they turn translucent (caramelizing them).
Once the onions are golden, add the ground beef and cook a bit more.
Pour in about half of the Almond Breeze and bring to a boil.
Add the mashed potatoes and mix well.
When it starts to boil vigorously, reduce to low heat and continue stirring while adding the rest of the Almond Breeze until you reach the desired consistency (almost all of it), letting it thicken.
