Sift the black sesame powder and almond flour together and set aside.
Separate the eggs and make a meringue with the egg whites.
Add erythritol to the egg yolks and mix well.
Add the black sesame powder, almond flour, and milk to the egg yolk mixture and mix thoroughly.
Fold the meringue into the batter in 2 to 3 additions.
Pour the batter into a mold and bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (320°F) for 30–35 minutes.
Allow to cool completely, then remove from the mold and slice.
