Stir-fried Radish recipe: Perfect for when you need a light and clean side dish that's easy on your stomach!
Cut 200g of radish into uniform 0.3cm thick julienne strips.
Add 1 tablespoon perilla oil to a pan and sauté 0.5 tablespoon minced garlic over medium heat until fragrant.
Add the julienned radish and stir-fry for 2 minutes, bringing out moisture until the radish turns slightly translucent.
Pour in 50ml water and 0.5 tablespoon soup soy sauce, cover with a lid, lower to low heat, and let cook for 5 minutes to steam.
Once the radish is tender, season to taste with 0.5 teaspoon salt and toss lightly to evaporate any excess moisture.
Turn off the heat, sprinkle chopped scallions and 0.5 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds, and finish using the residual heat.
