Mix strong flour, sugar, salt, and yeast together.
Add milk and butter, then knead the dough.
Let the dough rise for the first fermentation.
Divide the dough into six equal parts and shape them into balls.
Roll out each dough with a rolling pin, place a stick of butter on one end, and roll it up.
Coat the surface with salt (flake salt), sugar, and Ssalgaru (croissant bread crumbs).
Place on a baking tray and let rise for the second fermentation.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15-18 minutes.
