Cut pork shoulder and vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
Prepare vegetables such as potatoes, carrots, and onions.
Heat cooking oil in a pan and stir-fry the pork shoulder.
When the meat is half-cooked, add the vegetables and stir-fry together.
Make a sauce with soy sauce, sugar, minced garlic, and pepper.
Add the sauce and stir-fry until all ingredients are well mixed.
Pour in 100ml of water and simmer over medium-low heat until the sauce thickens.
Once the braising sauce becomes thick, transfer to a serving dish.
