Put bread flour, sugar, salt, and dry yeast in a bowl and mix well.
Add milk and butter, then knead the dough.
Let the dough rise for the first fermentation.
Divide the dough into suitable portions and shape them into balls.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin, add salt and butter (as filling), and roll up.
Sprinkle salt on the surface of the dough.
Line the pan with parchment paper and place the dough on it.
Let the dough rise for the second fermentation.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.
