Rinse the Spam under running water. Cut half (100g) into thin slices and crush the remaining half (100g) with the back of a knife.
Slice 1 green onion thinly, cut 1/3 of a zucchini into 1cm-thick pieces and quarter them, and dice 1/2 an onion.
Heat a pot over medium heat and add three circles of cooking oil. Add the 100g of crushed Spam and sauté until a deep golden brown.
Add 1 tablespoon minced garlic, the sliced green onion, and 0.5 tablespoon sugar. Sauté them together.
Add 3 tablespoons gochugaru (Korean chili flakes) and stir-fry for about 2 minutes.
Push the ingredients to one side, pour 3 tablespoons soy sauce into the empty space, let it bubble over medium heat, and then mix everything together.
Add 2 tablespoons oyster sauce and stir-fry briefly to remove any unpleasant odors.
Pour in 300ml water, diced onion, and zucchini. Cover and boil for about 5 minutes.
Add sliced soft tofu and the rest of the Spam, then grind 20 turns (about 1 teaspoon) of black pepper. Cover and simmer until seasoned to your taste.
Add 2 eggs and green onion for garnish. Bring to a brief simmer, and it's done!
