Soak beef bones in cold water for 2-3 hours to remove blood.
Place the bones in a pot and bring to a boil, then discard the first batch of water.
Rinse the bones thoroughly, return them to the pot, and add water.
Simmer over medium-low heat for 8-10 hours.
Strain the broth to remove solids.
Season with salt or other seasonings to taste.
