Peel the steamed pumpkin and mash it.
In a bowl, combine the mashed pumpkin, bread flour, dry yeast, salt, milk, and honey, and knead the dough.
Let the dough rise for the first fermentation.
Divide the dough and shape it into balls.
Line a pan with parchment paper, place the dough balls on it, and let them rise for the second fermentation.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.
