1. Blanch the tofu in hot water, then mash it and squeeze out the moisture.
2. In a dry pan, add half a can of tuna and the mashed tofu. Stir-fry on high heat until most of the moisture evaporates (pressing down a bit helps reduce the fishy smell of the tuna).
In a microwave-safe container, cut 1/3 pack of enoki mushrooms and 1 spicy chili pepper with scissors, and add half a spoon of minced garlic.
Add all seasoning ingredients to the container except sesame oil and black pepper (2 spoons of spicy chicken sauce, 1 spoon soy sauce for soup, half a spoon tuna extract, half a spoon oyster sauce, 1 spoon stevia, half a spoon red pepper flakes, half a spoon oligosaccharide syrup).
Add the seasonings and the stir-fried tuna and tofu to the microwave-safe container. Add a little water and mix well.
Make a well in the center with a spoon, crack an egg into the middle, and break the yolk with chopsticks.
Sprinkle a handful of shredded cheese around the egg, and microwave until your desired consistency is reached.
Once done, add sesame oil and black pepper to taste. Mix with a small amount of rice if you like.
