This recipe is for a large batch: use 1 spoon of fish soy sauce per broccoli head! For a single serving, about 90g is enough.
Trim 3 heads of broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
Fill a pot with water, add coarse salt, and bring to a boil.
Blanch the trimmed broccoli in the boiling water for 2 minutes.
Rinse the broccoli about 3 times in cold water, then use a salad spinner to remove excess water.
Put the drained broccoli in a pan, add 3 spoons of fish soy sauce, drizzle twice around with sesame oil, and mix in ground roasted sesame seeds.
